We got lost on our way in and ended up dropping at a random gas station - the property owner was amazing and came and found us and lead us in. Our Internet went out and the owners were so helpful in guiding us on how to possibly resolve it and then offered to reimburse any cost associated. It was incredible. They offered support on local 'things to do' and made themselves fully available to us throughout the stay...

"Very nice renovated house in the countryside, about 3,5km from the village of Casaprota. It is clean an beautiful, with great views to the valley, the surrounding hills and olive groves. The communication was complicated since received messages from both Novasol and VRBO, and the local contact does not speak a single word of english. "wir waren rundum zufrieden, und fühlten uns sehr wohl auf dem Grundstück von Emanuela und Ihrer Familie. Metro und Supermarkt sind sehr nah und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir konnten nach unsereren Ausflügen in die Innenstadt hervoragend am Pool entspannen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern sind sehr angenehm."
