Countryfarm "Bellaria" between Langhe and Monferrato region

A huge independent countryfarm situated in the green, 1 km from Rocca D'Arazzo, tipycal piedmontese village. It's near Asti, Alba, Monferrato and Langhe region, Unesco heritage. It can accomodate max 15 people, and it is so divided: 2 dining rooms, a kitchen, a living room with a wood burning fireplace a bathroom at the ground floor. 3 double rooms ( one of it with a single bed plus), one room with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms at the first floor. A large attic with a double bed and 4 single beds at.
2 cots are available. It’s a old house so it’s fresh inside in summer. In the garden outdoor furniture, bbq, sun umbrellas, deckchairs.
A pool for children ( 2mt. x3mt) is available from june to september.
In the area wineries, restaurants, tipycal trattorie. The farmhouse is for the exclusive use of guests.

Quaint Country Home

This large country home easily fit our family of 6 adults and 1 toddler. Giordana was immediately responsive to inquiries before, during and after our stay. The pool was really a sitting pool to cool off in, you could not actually swim, which we knew. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms were large, bathrooms sufficient. Our host even helped arrange a private Cooking lesson for our family which was fantastic. I highly recommend this home near Asti and Alba.

Grande maison dans la campagne du Montferrato

Grande batisse avec beaucoup de charme, spacieuse et bien équipée, avec un super accueil ( serviettes de toilettes fournies, lits préparés…) avec une petite piscine peu profonde mais idéale pour de jeunes enfants de 5-6 ans, et pour rafraichir les adultes. Nous avons découvert les langhe, le montferrato et Turin et avons passé une tres belle semaine.

Alles aanwezig voor een mooie vakantie

De beschrijving klopt met wat je ter plaatse aantreft qua uitrusting. Wel zijn er nog een paar zaken die wat storend zijn en die beter aangegeven kunnen worden of opgelost door de eigenaar: de muren zitten vol zouten waar door buiten maar vooral ook binnen de cementbepleistering afbrokkelt op zowat alle muren wat een slordige aanblik geeft. Verder was er nogal wat last van insecten (muggen en wespen) maar dat is moeilijker aan te pakken maar misschien wel het vermelden waard. Wel top: 2 koelkasten en een ruime diepvrieskist wat is de zeer warme periode weer welkom was. Zwembad precies op maat van de kleintjes maar niet echt een zwembad te noemen. De keuken was wel krap om voor 14 personen te koken, voor ons (met 10) was het net haalbaar. De eigenares was wel zeer responsief en behulpzaam. Groeten, Willy

Fantastic house

We wanted a house with many bedrooms and received much more. A kitchen with everything one ever needs, two dining rooms and an excellent large living room with satellite tv so we could watch the soccer matches, and a lovely garden with plenty of chairs. The temperature in the house was fantastic, and so was our host!

Abbiamo appena trascorso un weekend speciale in questo casale dal sapore... romantico in un caldo weekend di inizio autunno. Giordana, la proprietaria, è veramente una persona gentile e nel casale abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario. Un'atmosfera veramente deliziosa! Davvero consigliato.

Weekend bellissimo!

Abbiamo trascorso nel casolare un bellissimo weekend. Eravamo 3 famiglie con 5 ragazzini e devo dire che quest'ultimi non volevano più ripartire. La casa è grande, luminosa, ben tenuta e accessoriata di tutto. Ci sono tanti posti letto ( i ragazzi hanno dormito tutti insieme nella bellissima mansarda) e una bella sala con camino dove poter mangiare ed intrattenersi. Giordana è stata una padrona di casa squisita, sempre presente e gentile, anche nei giorni precedenti il nostro arrivo mi ha dato tante informazioni utili su ristoranti e attrazioni del luogo. Vale la pena di tornare anche nella bella stagione per sfruttare il bellissimo giardino, noi torneremo sicuramente!

Retour aux sources en famille

Giordanna est une personne très accueillante et disponible. Elle répond très rapidement à vos mails ou SMS. La maison est agréable au calme, très bien équipée. Nous étions 12 dont 6 enfants, chacun y a trouvé sa place. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Les enfants ont bien profité du jardin et de la piscine. Ce fut une semaine très appréciée par toute la famille.

WEEKEND NEL MONFERRATO

Abbiamo passato un weekend molto bello e rilassante in compagnia, eravamo 8 adulti e 3 bambini (che si sono divertiti tantissimo), casa molto grande e fornita di tutti accessori sia per la cucina che per i bagni. Beautiful and spacious house

We were warmly welcome by Giordana. We stay there for a family réunion. The house is well furnished and very confortable. Kids can have there Own sleeping area. The garden is very Pleasant and perfect for lazy breakfast.

Casa molto grande con ampi spazi interni. Bagni moderni, camere arredate con gusto. Ci sono due grandi spazi esterni dove poter mangiare all'aperto o fare una grigliata. La casa è l'ideale per vacanze o feste per gruppi di amici o famiglie numerose. Sistemazione ottimale fino a 4-5 coppie ma si adatta bene ad ospitare fino a 14 persone. Ottima soluzione !

I miei primi quarant'anni

Una casa magnifica, arredata con gusto tra l'antico e il moderno. Magnifica la posizione e le parti esterne. Ottimo per gruppi o per famiglie con figli. La mansarda offre una stanza molto particolare stile baita con travi a vista. Camino funzionante che crea il giusto ambiente in sala da pranzo. La cucina è efficiente e trovi tutto quello di cui hai bisogno. L'ospitalità rispecchia la classe del casale.
