"The door was locked when we arrived with no answer to door bell it wasn’t until my husband kept banging on the door till someone came. The accessible room was well fitted and the breakfast was ok. When we checked out there was still no staff around"

Rosa give it the finishing touch with a warm smile. They all made us feel like family. That was unique and special. This was a special stay!"
