The owner communicates well, the cabin is clean and full of everything you need to cook meals and be comfortable. Lots of space for visiting and cooking outside as well. "The cabin was clean and so comfortable for our group. We stayed with our son, daughter in law and 7 year old grandson. The toy box was a huge hit with our grandson and we appreciated the ability to close of our own sections of the house. Would 100% recommend to any group needing a place to stay. If we ever need a place to stay in Licking in the future, this is definitely where we will be staying!!"
