"The only thing that wasn’t so hot was that if you have an ocean view and you’re on the fourth floor, your view is quite obstructed by a large overhang of sorts…..plus, several times there were unexpected maintenance workers or other guests prowling around outside your balcony….as it was all connected. I wouldn’t recommend that floor. But…..the hotel was flawlessly clean, and the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The room was cleaned every day. There was always tasty food and drinks available. And this hotel was QUIET. I was close to the elevator, and I never heard a thing! The pictures of the pool area don’t do it justice. There’s a really large seating area with tables and outdoor sofas and places to hang out and enjoy the view. I don’t know if it’s connected to the hotel or not, but there’s a jet ski rental on the property, and guests seemed to be really enjoying that. Excellent places to eat within easy walking distance. And one thing that I really appreciated about this hotel is that there were water stations everywhere. If you bring a water bottle with you, you can fill it up for free (and stay hydrated!) I saved a LOT of money, haha."

"the room was clean and cool when I walked in. The front desk was pleasant. When I asked for water I was told they only have hot water. Was an extremely hot day and the tap water not being good to drink I thought the hotel would offer cold water. Also, web site clearly states breakfast BUT that is misleading. There is no hot breakfast or on-the-go breakfast. Only coffee and tea. Site should be changed immediately as this is false. When I inquired about laundry charges I was told she didn't know it belongs to a third party. I would think she'd be informed since she works front desk and people would ask."
