"My wife and I loved Erin’s apartment. We stayed a week and enjoyed every minute of it. The apartment is a block or so from the busiest part of town which is nice because it is close to all the restaurants and shops but very quiet later in the evening. Situated on the fifth floor, the apartment has balcony with a great view of the river and surrounding mountains. The apartment was spotless, well organized and very comfortable. "Our group consisted of 4 people (all 40+ males). The communication with the host was informative, timely and top notch. There was a checkout on the same day as our arrival. A flooding issue was discovered and disclosed only two hours before anticipated check-in which was troublesome BUT they found us another place with more space for the same price, same distance from hill and we were hung up for only an hour or so. "The condo is conveniently located right on a ski run. It is a true ski in ski out. The condo was very clean, had a well appointed kitchen, very well stocked. The hot tub and massage chair were awesome after a day on the mountain. The owner responded very quickly to my questions. There is a game room and also garage. It is on the third floor which was not an issue for us because it was very quiet. However if you have mobility issues, the stairs may be a problem. We will definitely try to book...

"Having stayed at Red for about 12 seasons at assorted condos, alone or with family and/or other couples and friends, this year we (just my wife and I) found this unit quite satisfactory but not lavish. It is showing age in multiple areas though nothing unacceptable. Both bathrooms are small but functional. Walk to lift is doable but a fairly good hike, enough so that we drove to parking lot. There was only one washcloth in the unit (plenty of towels), but management promptly provided more....
