"lovely place, nice rooms and bathrooms. lovely sea view from high floor room although it is alot of stairs to walk up. Doors use a code to open which is easy to use. Top floor room did get quite hot and only had one small roof window to open, a fan would be a helpful addition in summer months"

"We stayed as we were at a wedding. The room was fine but nothing special considering the price we paid. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice but the hot food was not that hot and the plates were cold. The staff were all helpful and friendly. There was some sort of error with our holding deposit which has not been refunded. Hopefully this will be sorted out soon ."

"Very clean room with a large bathroom area. Excellent breakfast and had meal in pub the evening before which was spot on. Was lucky to have a sea view and was awoken by a fantastic sunrise."

"Very friendly staff, clean and tidy. Good atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Probably the best one we have stayed in in Scarborough and we have stayed in quite a few! Unfortunately unable to access the restaurant for dinner as fully booked, but breakfast was delicious and well presented. Will definitely return."
