The Treehouse at Huffman Creek Retreat is one of the newest additions to the property. This new build in the forest's canopy next to a creek is tree house master's dream come true. The treehouse is comprised of 3 pods all connected by canopy walkway. The primary queen suite "pod" features a copper soaking tub overlooking the creek and outdoor private shower with forest views. The secondary queen+single suite "pod"offers its own private bathroom and with magical windows framing the surrounding tulip poplar stand.
The kitchen "pod" is an open floor plan concept designed for entertaining and cooking with views of the nearby creek. Open the windows and fill the treehouse with immersive sounds of the rushing mountain water. Enjoy the intimate private swimming hole steps from the front porch. Continue on your journey and loop back around to Huffman Creek on the Cherohala Skyway, which winds a mile high through mountaintop ridges of the Cherokee National Forrest. Purpose built for auto touring, and at a cost to tax payer of $2 million dollars a mile, plan to take your time as the Cherohala is full of magnificent vistas.
