5 private bedrooms with full ensuite baths, a fully equipped kitchen with standalone icemaker, and state of the art media centers keep you comfortable inside. Outside, you'll find swimming, scuba diving, kayaking, snorkeling, fishing, windsurfing, and wakeboarding easily accessible with our deepwater pool, spa tub, cabana, 900 foot private beach, and 130 foot dock on crystal clear Caribbean water. Vista Verde covers 8.5 landscaped acres on Milton Bight, a picturesque bay on Roatan’s north shore, slightly east of the island center. Daily provisioning at no additional cost is included during your stay, receipts are provided. Housekeeping and meal preparation can be included during your stay at additional cost. Toyota 4 runner with driver available for guests transport (additional charges apply). Transportation for larger groups can be arranged. Electric is billed at cost. At Vista Verde, guest safety and security are paramount. The property is walled (except shoreline) with gated access. Security system monitors the exterior including pool/patio area, property entrance, and approaches to the villa. All staff are trained in CPR, First Aid, and Emergency First Response. First aid kits are in all vehicles, buildings, and watercraft. An 80kW genset with a week's operating fuel, all windows are double paned safety glass, and doors have storm bolts. Beautiful stay with very attentive and courteous staff

Our stay at Vista Verde was perfect. The property is gorgeous and very well maintained. The staff could not have been better as they were very attentive and promptly took care of any issues that we had or anything that we needed. From local recommendations to helping us locate our favorite island foods! As with any island accommodation, you may experience some small power outages or internet outages, but there is still plenty to do and sometimes those distractions are not missed! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Vista Verde

Vista Verde was a perfect spot for our family vacation on Roatan. With eight of us, there was plenty of room to spread out in its immaculate modern house. Recently built and beautifully maintained, its stunning location catches a nice breeze, keeping the insects and heat to a minimum. The property is located in a gorgeous, unspoiled area with very little development, so one looks out over a large expanse of forested land on either side. There is easy access to a huge private beach and dock; kayaks and jet skis are available. With a few small exceptions, everything works, a real feat in a tropical climate! We didn’t have time to take advantage of the many extras that come with the house, but it would be ideal for an extended vacation. The staff were sweet and tremendously accommodating, helping make sure all our day trips went smoothly. We take an extended family group on vacation to a different destination every year, usually a remote place. Many times we spend a good chunk of time just solving problems with the accommodations or provisions. This didn’t happen at Vista Verde. Our requests were addressed promptly, and we were free to spend our vacation time enjoying Roatan, and the lovely people who live there, together. I would highly recommend Vista Verde due to the quality and beauty of the property, and the dedication of its owner and on-site management team.

An Incredible Propert

This was an amazing property. The owners of this property had a vision and it is clear when you arrive and see the home and the view. The approach with the staff, water sports etc. are extremely accomodating. We have never had an experience of seclusion but with suh close, personal access to the reef. Very quiet. We went to the West End, about a hour drive, and my wifes comment was, "The West End better be perfect, because we are leaving perfect".

Amazing Luxury Vacation

This property is truly magical. We had a group of 13 people ranging from 8 years old to 80 years old. There is really something for everyone here. The staff is amazing. We could not have asked for anything else. The bedrooms are just as photographed and are comfortable. We were lucky with the weather for the first 4 of our 7 days. Even in the rain and wind the property was fun and beautiful. Thank you to the entire staff for making this a vacation we will never forget. Having the golf cart to go down to the beach house and get around the property is awesome! Be aware of the sand fleas they do spray at the property but do buy or bring bug spray. All around an amazing experience and we would love to come back.

Paradise!

Our trip to Casa Vista Verde was a dream vacation!! The staff took amazing care of our family. They made us feel right at home from the moment we pulled in. The house is gorgeous, super clean and was stocked with all our special requests. The food was authentic and delicious. We highly recommend Chef Frank, no need to eat out when you have him cooking! Ana and Annette made sure all our needs were met and every activity was planned perfectly, rain or shine. We had a beautiful engagement and a dream 25th anniversary renewal. One thing to remember, don’t forget the bug spray!! The sand flies love new people. All 10 of us enjoyed our memorable stay. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!

Quiet Paradise

Traveled with two families (total of 7 people). The property is amazing with landscaped acres of fruit and palm trees, manicured beachfront and quiet seclusion. We enjoyed our stay immensely and look forward to coming back. Ana, the property manager, arranged our diving and activities. On two days we were picked up from the pier and taken to the nearby resort. We've always wanted to visit Roatan for diving and island experiences and we were not disappointed. The nice part is that you can plan your activities around the cruise ship schedule (Wednesdays and Thursdays seem to be the crowded days). We did rent the facilities PWC and enjoyed traveling down the coast to see some of the beautiful properties inside the reef. Highly recommend getting the chef-prepared dinners if in a larger group because restaurants require a bit of a drive to get to.

Stunning house, Stunning location

The description and pictures of this property do not do it justice. It is far more beautiful in person. The villa has everything anyone could need AND a beach side cabana with even more. The staff could not have taken better care of us! Jocelyn's cooking was excellent. Hector and Neptali went out of their ways to help us while keeping the pool and grounds immaculate and nearly bug free (a couple mosquito bites among all of us obtained on excursions - no sand fleas). Ana provided such wonderful suggestions for outings we were always setting off to spectacular beaches, restaurants with delicious foods (fresh lobster and lionfish at La Sirena absolutely incredible) and exciting adventures (mangroves, iguanas, zip lining!). I cannot thank the owners and the staff enough for an incredible vacation and life long memories for myself and my daughter. We cannot wait to go back!

Family vacation Roatan Casa Vista Verde

Stayed a week at Casa Vista Verde / had a great time / house is extremely clean, secluded and the staff very attentive and accommodating. We did most meals at the house and the chef did a fantastic job (our favorites were sushi night, the spaghetti with pesto and seafood, risotto and the lobster tails). We went snorkeling, played golf, went kayaking and also deep sea fishing. All activities were awesome and the staff always took care of arranging the transportation. The only disappointment is the flies which just seem to bite daily and the our enjoyment of the beach. The beach area is huge and feels private… we even did an evening bonfire that the staff prepared… but the beach is very course with shells and rocks and the water has a lot of sea grass … which is not inviting to swim or lounge around. This was a nit for us as we were predominately a pool user. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again

Four Seasons Service In Your Very Own Villa

I don't know if I booked too quickly or if I just wasn't paying attention, but I did not realize this house was fully staffed when I booked. What an AMAZING surprise! I'm the one that typically cooks, cleans, and watches the kids on our vacations. I love traveling with my family, but I always need a vacation from my vacation. I can't tell you how amazing it was to have the cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, laundry, etc. taken off my plate so I could ENJOY! The entire staff was incredible and truly made our vacation. Four seasons service. The home is beautiful and has everything you need. I believe it is accurately described in the description and photos. It was set up perfectly for 2 families. The location was ideal for us. Snorkeling, fishing, kayaking, diving, and boating all out your backdoor. We took the boat or kayaks out almost every day. We so very appreciate you sharing your home and hospitality with us. We hope to be back soon!

From the moment we arrived at Casa Vista Verde, we literally felt at home (albeit a very nice, staffed home). The staff greeted us at the front door like we were family! Two masseuses awaited us upstairs on the lovely balcony that overlooks the beautifully landscaped estate and infinity pool - what a way to start a vacation! 😊 A week at Casa Vista Verde simply was not enough! Ana looked after our EVERY need - she coordinated food runs, breakfast/lunch/dinner menus, dune buggy tours, private yoga classes on the patio and SO much more! She was completely attentive without being intrusive. And we simply MUST give special kudos to Joselyn, who cooked us some of the absolute BEST meals we've ever had (as evidenced by the 5lbs we all gained). Everything about our stay was top notch from start to finish! We sooo didn't want to leave, but we will DEFINITELY be back soon. Gracias por Todo! Paradise Repeat

This was our second stay at Casa Vista Verde, having stayed for 10 days two years ago. Our party included my husband and me along with 4 teenagers, ages 19, 19, 17, & 15. The only part of our stay that was "disappointing" this time was that we only booked for 6 days and not longer! The owner and staff attend to the smallest of details; guests want for nothing. The house has 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms with adjoining baths; two living areas, each with their own entertainment systems, allow adults and kids to have their own space. The view from the front terrace is SPECTACULAR and positioned perfectly to view both sunsets & sunrises (from inside the pool or hot tub or out!). Joselyn prepared for us some absolutely incredible meals while her husband, Hector, was ready to drive us wherever we needed to go. Ana coordinates it all and makes sure everything runs smoothly. There is so much to do at the house you hardly need to leave...kayaks, jet ski, fishing, snorkeling, sunbathing, etc. but if you do venture out, make sure you take Ana's recommendations because she is always spot-on. We are already finalizing our dates for our next trip!

Absolutely beautiful and helpful staff

We have rented many villas through the world, and none have come with such a helpful staff. If you have ever used the angel service many travel agents use, this was much better. They were there to meet us at the airport, arranged everything we wished to do, and picked up everything we asked for. They were truly our personal concierge. The house and grounds are exactly as shown which is beautiful, and well maintained. There is security and we always felt safe. The lady that does the cooking prepares good, fresh food. Excellent breakfasts of beans, eggs, bacon, and fresh fruit. She does a very good bbq chicken, and understand her ribs are excellent but didn't get a chance to enjoy them. I would recommend the dive shop that is right by the house, they will pick you up right at the house. I would also have them take you by boat to the west end for a day at the busy beach, if your into that. The kids enjoyed it. All in all if you want a laid back, low stress, vacation to enjoy the time with the people you are with can't go wrong, with casa vista verde. But the island is very "rustic" think Jamaica without the big hotels. And people that wish to please.

Magical Birthday Trip

My family stayed at Vista Verde for my mom's 70th birthday celebration and had an AMAZING vacation! The house is very clean and has everything you could need and more. The staff were incredible. They provisioned the house before we arrived and were happy to pick up additional items as needed. This was the first time we had meals cooked for us on vacation, but it won't be the last. This truly allowed us enjoy the days without worrying "what are we going to have for dinner?" The food was delicious! We were taken out in the boat almost everyday to go snorkeling and this was definitely one of the highlights of the trip. The reef is truly incredible, and we all had a wonderful time swimming around and seeing all the beautiful coral and colorful fish. Another highlight was the trip to Pigeon Key to snorkel with nurse sharks and stingrays. Ana organized two days of diving for my husband and I, one at a nearby resort where they picked us up from the dock and one at Big French Key, where we had a divemaster all to ourselves! On the sand flies and I am typically a mosquito magnet; however, with a light dusting of bug spray we had no trouble with the bugs. This truly was a magical vacation, and we hope to return with more family and friends. We will be sure to plan our next stay to co-inside with mango and guava season. Though even in early October we were able to pick and enjoy some from the property. Many thanks the the Casa Vista Verde team for a wonderful week!

Perfect for large groups or family reunions

We celebrated my mom's 70th bday with our family of 12 (ages ranging from 6 to 70). Casa Vista Verde has everything you could want for a large group or family reunion and is especially perfect for families with kids. Nine acres of beautifully landscaped grounds to explore with plenty of room for everyone--and the teenagers had lots of fun using the golf cart. We were in the pool and hot tub every day enjoying the 360 degree views of paradise. Make sure to visit Pigeon Cay to see one of the best snorkeling spots in the world according to CNN. Pigeon Cay definitely was one of the highlights of our trip and Ana's underwater pictures were amazing and captured everything so perfectly. Joselyn and Wendy cooked breakfast and dinner for us each night, which we would highly recommend as the food was delicious and a great value relative to restaurant pricing. On one of the days Justin and Neptali drove us to West Bay for drinks and appetizers at Banarama so we could see the tourist side of the island, which we really enjoyed as a change of pace (but not somewhere we would want to stay for a week). Other than Pigeon Cay and West Bay, we didn't feel the need to leave Casa Vista Verde as it has everything you could want and, as other reviews highlight, it's really like staying at your own private resort. Ana, Joselyn, Wendy, Neptali, Hector, and Saida are all so sweet and caring and they look after you as if you are part of their family. Asa, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with and he clearly has a top notch team at Casa Vista Verde. Thanks for making our stay so memorable and we can't wait to return in the future!

Absolutely amazing!!!

We were a group of 10 adults looking for a beachfront location that catered to our needs.... Well we certainly found it and then some with Casa Vista Verde!!! Where to begin.... All our dealings with Asa re booking were very professional and informative. He answered all our questions in a timely manner. Once in contact with Ana (house manager) our holiday began to take shape! All our food and beverage needs were met as they did all the groceries and most of the cooking. With a cook like Yosselin there is really no need to go elsewhere for meals. However we did take them up on some of their recommendations on local restaurants to try. And happy that we did!!! We were met at the airport by Ana and our drivers (Justin and ??) who were very helpful with all our luggage and our trip to the villa. A light snack was waiting for us at the villa upon our arrival. After a brief tour and briefing we were in the pool! Kayaks were available to us during our holiday and Neptoli and Hector were most helpful around the house and beach area. The house and the grounds were beautifully maintained and had all that was required for a group holiday. We were able to go snorkeling with pick up directly from our dock and the restaurant next door was great for afternoon bevvies!!! All in all it was a fantastic holiday and I would not hesitate to recommend Casa Vista Verde and it's wonderful staff for your next group or family holiday!

Perfect Family Vacation!

You can't go wrong with Casa Vista Verde! We stayed for a week with 4 adults and 4 University aged students. We chose this villa to stay away from the west end to capitalize on family time and not nightlife :) The villa is spacious - every room has an ensuite, which was lovely. We only used the actual villa for sleeping - as we were always outside or on the covered patio for meals, games etc. Jocelyn the cook was one of the stars of our trip - from her homemade tortillas to her steak and lobster grilling skills - she made every meal an occasion for us! Anna, the house Manager was the other star - Anna came by every day to help book activiites, restaurants, etc. We rented 8 SeaDoos from the beach and went on a 2 hour tour of the shore with a stop at Las Sirenas for lunch. Our favourite day was probably when Anna took us to Pigeon Cay on a charter boat - it was a great way to see more of Roatan from the water - and Pigeon Cay was STUNNING! Snorkelling was great there as well. OUr kids did their on line PADI course and completed their certification dives at the Dive Shop next door to the Villa. They came every morning and picked them up on the dock! We did venture out for dinner a couple of times - went to the West End to go to SunDowners one evening - but ended up next door to it at The Beach House for amazing appetizers and then on to Oasis for a fab meal! Highly recommend these places! Justin was so great - he would drive us and then wait for us - a very patient man! All in all - we fell in love with Roatan.... Casa Vista Verde and al of it's staff!! We will be back!

Most Amazing Week at Casa Vista Verde

Our family had an amazing stay at Casa Vista Verde, and highly recommend it. The house and property are stunning! Whether you want to hang by the pool and hot tub, or head down to the beach front for some volleyball or relaxing, you can do it all here! The staff made our stay even more enjoyable, and they prepared some truly amazing meals during our vacation. It was very tough to leave! The house has all the amenities you'll need for a great stay. Bedrooms have private bathrooms and their own AC units, for your comfort at night. We had a blast using the golf cart to tour the property and sometimes saving us the short trip down the steps to the beach. Most nights we relaxed in the pool and hot tub enjoying the star-filled sky over head. One of the nights, the island lost power, but the generator at the house kicked on immediately and we didn't have any troubles. Property also comes equipped with jet skis and 4 kayaks that we put to great use. From the house, you can see the barrier reef, and we kayaked out to it on multiple occasions for some truly amazing snorkeling. It's only about a 20 minute kayak from the house, and you can drop anchor and spend hours enjoying the beautiful snorkeling right in front of the beach. Be sure to check out the deep water channels on both sides for some more amazing sights. We saw two spotted eagle rays, numerous stingrays, moray eel, tons of beautiful coral and fish, crabs, etc. Hard to beat that underwater scenery right out your front door, and the house had extra fins and snorkel gear too. Overall, it was a week filled with fun and relaxation, and wonderful to come back to Casa Vista Verde and the great staff each day. Would absolutely come back here again - Thank you!

Incredible property on a great island!

We wanted to write a quick review to share our experience at Casa Vista Verde. We have been doing a yearly family vacation for quite a while, and have visited the Turks, Grand Cayman, Jamaica, and Costa Rica. Roatan was yet another wonderful experience - and Casa Vista Verde was the ideal location from which to enjoy it! The home is incredible, and exactly as described. It is incredibly well built, with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy, come together or spread out. We had a group of 8, ranging in age from 5 to 70 - and there was something for everyone no matter what the mood, and the home could have easily accommodated 4 more. The pool and patio are actually larger than they seem in the photos, and there is a nice deep end for adults. There is a great grilling area (with a nice breeze for the chef), and we cooked dinner a few nights ourselves with provisions that we had stocked by the staff ahead of time. The staff is incredible and really take care of you. Novia is an incredible cook, and prepared lunches and breakfasts for us each day as well as keeping the house organized - and her husband Raoul took care of the outside of the home. They were both incredible for the whole stay and it was sad to say goodbye. Anna helped to organize our stay, meeting us at the airport and never more than a phone call away. Any time we needed anything - she took care of it for us (last minute dinner trip, organized activities, etc.). For those who enjoy snorkeling, there is an incredible reef right off of the house. You can take a boat there, or kayak (which we did), but we also discovered it is very swimmable. Start out near the island to the left of the property and swim straight out from there and you can make it easily with plenty to see along the way. We spent house there and say an incredibly diverse range of life, including squid, a huge porcupine fish, a spotted eagle ray, amazing untouched coral formations and invertebrates - just amazing. We also took a day trip to pigeon caye - and highly recommend that as well....untouched island in the middle of nowhere with a great sandy beach and an even better reef just 20 yards off shore. We went on a few day trips - west end, french harbor, Gio's for seafood (try the crab).....overall, everyone had a great time at Vista Verde! Pat

Best vacation value we have ever received!

I am not sure where to begin. This property is, by far, the best place our party of 8 have ever experienced. We, basically took a 5 day trip to paradise. Not only was the property spectacular, the staff was even better. I won't waste time describing the property because you can see how beautiful this place is on the video that is available. However, I would like to share a few thoughts on the staff. We have never been treated better at any facility we have previously visited. Ana served as our contact person as well as our concierge. She was incredibly helpful prior to our arrival by guiding us through all of the options available to us. Breakfasts, lunches, dinners, excursions were all discussed in detail. We got to pick what we wanted to eat, when we wanted to eat it. Ana, along with her assistant Saida, provided transportation to and from the airport. Yoselyn, who prepared our meals, was unbelievable. We all agreed that her talents as a cook had a huge impact on us. Everything she made for our party of 8 was absolutely fantastic! She infused some of her cultural flavors to make our meals very wonderful. On a scale of 1 - 10, we gave her a 10! Hector and Neptali, are two young men who were always there to make sure everything work perfectly, and they did. They were very willing to help us in any way possible. Transporting coolers to the beach, explaining the use of toys on the property such as the golf cart, jet ski, kayaking, etc., They were wonderful! Asa, the owner, was able to greet us when we arrived. His attention to detail was evident from the very beginning. Upon arrival, we were treated to a great array of cheeses, meats, and fruits from the island. It was a fabulous first impression! His goal was to make sure we had the absolute best stay ever, and we did. During our stay we experienced ziplining, snorkeling, diving, deep sea fishing, and a boat ride through the mangrove along with lunch at the "Hole in the Wall". What a treat! Vista Verde has set the bar very high! Thank you, Asa, Ana, Saida, Yoselyn. Hecter, & Neptali!!
