The only thing was the beds weren’t that comfortable (too firm) and the hot water was not that hot… just warm enough but definitely not for someone who loves hot showers. Roanoke getaway

It was a very nice hotel and location in Roanoke. The building was clean, as well as the room. Breakfast was pretty okay. I'd recommend it.

The location was good if you desired to walk the downtown area. The staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast could of had a greater variety and an overview of hotel security would have been helpful. (not explained that you needed to use your key in the elevator to reach upper rooms of the hotel. There were no trays to carry breakfast foods to the room. Not everyone desires to eat in the breakfast area.
