"Our room was very big — much bigger than the other hotels I’ve stayed. We had some special because of our dogs, and the housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful, as were the front desk and breakfast staff. Really positive experience."

"Our toilet was not secured to the floor so it moved a lot and there were not.hand.rails on the shower so dangerous for older people..staff was great and location and price were great."

"The best B&B we have ever stayed in! We try and find unique places and up to now our favorite was a restored old school house in Waynesville. However this chapel was much more comfortable in every way! Very spacious for the 2 of us and plenty of room to relax, cook and sleep! The bathroom is nice and large and the bed is very comfortable! It’s decorated very tastefully and the remodel that Daniel did on his family chapel was stunning! The woodwork on the ceiling is amazing! We saw deer on 3 occasions and a ground hog that entertained us for an hour! We enjoyed the gas fireplace too! The only thing I would change is better lighting in the front entrance. Maybe some lights on the stairs. Hard to see at night and we are seniors so we had to be very careful on the steps at night. Not a complaint! Just a suggestion! We will be back!"

"Older hotel that has been kept very clean but the age is obvious. The room was quite large and clean; it had a couch, side chair and decent sized tv. I wish more viewing options/stations were available. One additional positive, the room was quiet with very little road noise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good, close to the older part of Boone with great highway access.. The price was excellent."

"Just wonderful! The cabin was so charming on the outside, but when we opened the door and walked in I was very impressed with the inside. Perfect! Clean. Great kitchen, I was also happy to be able to bring our dog along.The views from the front of the cabin were beautiful. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. I definitely recommend."
