The receptionist in the morning called me “hey hey” and with a gesture as if he owns me or like im his staff which felt discriminatory. Expect no english at all too. Facilities are old. There was no hot water and it was freezing cold. There was a bad smell coming as well from the shower. View and location was good and accessible. Bed was also comfy but everything else was outdated. Service however really needs big improvements. Teach your staff to treat guests with respect and be more hospitable.

Very nice and clean my room has air-conditioning. Good strong shower. The 2 guys at the reception are wonderful, friendly and helpful. Thanks for helping me to park my car all the time.

The air conditioning is broken, and the management, supervision of the workers, and reception are absent and uninterested.I left the hotel and departed. My reservation for the night was gone. I lost my time and reservation because I could not imagine a hotel without air conditioning. Oh my God.

Herşey çok güzeldi çok memnun kaldık yalnız 2. Gün kahvaltı yaparken patates kızartması 1.5 saatte gelmedi ve herkes kahvaltısını bitirip kalktı zaten ondan sonra geldi keşke bu da yaşanmasaydı onun haricinde her şey güzeldi. Otel merkezi konumda çarşıya ve çay çarşısına yürüme mesafesinde rize kordona 3 km mesafede ve otelin hemen önünde 4-5 araçlık otoparkı var odaları temiz, bu fiyata çok iyi

Oda güzel, manzara güzel.

Oda güzel, manzara güzel… Ama ilk gecemde çarşaflar vücudumda yoğun bir kaşıntı yaptı, çarşafları çıkararak uyuyabildim. Ertesi gün çarşaflar değişince sorun çözüldü. 2 gecelik bir konaklamaydı zaten.
