"The stay was overall good. From check in to check out and free shuttle to the airport only one thing that was disappointing. Waiting an hour for my food when I made an order at the pool. Drink came at a reasonable time, but food never came. Lifeguard was finally the only one that checked on me when he noticed I was uncomfortable asking if I had ordered any food. He told the staff and then another 10-15 mins went by and then I just told the staff have the food sent to my room. Luckily the food was really amazing. I wonder if that’s why they made me wait. But outside of that everything else about the hotel was great."

"Great view from the room and pool. The sunset across the water is amazing. Very helpful staff and good restaurants and room service. Spa is also an experience not to miss. Definitely recommend it!"

"The lobby was grand but the room was dated despite it being a grand room (which was a VIP upgrade) but no different from the original room booked. Excellent breakfast selections and all the fresh coconut water you can drink. The seafood buffet was great too. "

Tired had a leak in bathroom that I reported on the frist day. And several times each day during my stay I had someone come asking about the leak. Not one person fixed it! So sleep was not happening! Banging on the door 6am 8am noon. And it’s always a new person asking about it. The final straw for me was finding roaches! Once I saw that I packed my bags and found a new place. "
