The driveway was full of work equipment which meant that our car had to parked in the road. No laundry facilities which was a no no."

"The location was amazing. The parking is limited so make sure to book asap. $10. The AC was great. . Tv was good. The bad.. the elevator was broke and we were on the 5th floor. They offered no discount or even free coffee.. we were told our room was ready 3 times and after walking up 87 steps up we find out its not. "Stayed here many times as gives a reasonably priced option for Basel. Tram stop less than 5 mins walk away which takes you into central Basel in 10 mins. Hotel itself is fabulous. I’ll stay again. "
