"Enjoyed staying at Hotel Serenella very much. Little bit difficult to get to as it is located in a pedestrian area of Sirmione, but worth the effort. The pool was great, and liked having both breakfast and drinks in the garden. Walked to restaurants and the ferry. Sara was amazing. She helped us with transportation to Verona during the rail strike which relieved our stress and allowed us to enjoy our time. "

The reception staff always helpful , they helped book restaurants and did everything they could to make your stay enjoyable . The spa is fantastic , lake view rooms amazing breakfast plentiful and delicious . Lake Garda is stunning i absolutely adore it there . I would stay there again in a heartbeat. "
"Ruhig gelegenes, schönes kleines Hotel, etwas abseits vom Trubel, jedoch ist der kleine Hafen von Portese fußläufig erreichbar (leichter Anstieg auf dem Rückweg). Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Superior-Zimmer im Dachgeschoss war zwar von der Ausstattung her in Ordnung, benötigt jedoch ein Update, besonders die Dusche ist sehr klein und bietet wenig Ablagemöglicheiten. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine tolle Sicht auf Teile des Gardasee und die Umgebung (keine direkte Seelage)....

Was zu beanstanden wäre ist die Schiebetür zum Badezimmer, leider war diese nicht so mit Sinn monitiert. Die Tür blieb immer einen kleinen Spalt offen (hätte man sogar von dort aus Fernsehen können...) Das gleiche gilt auch für die Balkontür die man leider nicht komplett öffnen konnte weil das Regal dahinter war. Man musste erst die...
