"Staff is really friendly but very limited English. My room wasn't big but I have all the minimal stuff. The only problem it's to get there, it doesn't have a easy connection with the centre of Lyon and around the hotel there is not enough things to do and the Hotel doesn't have instalation for recreation. Also it's really hard to eat something around."

"I had a great stay at Le Phenix! The room was surprisingly big for a single room and the bed was super comfortable. It was very clean too. The staff at reception were so lovely! The only slight downside was that there was a fair bit of noise in the mornings with people outside going about their day but it really wasn't too bad. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Hello - we loved this property and will come back. The staff that checked us in - training - were lovely and very helpful. The room was clean and modern. Every staff member was always nice and helpful. The convenience of the restaurant, cafe, etc. was important - also, what a beautiful park to walk through. Very enjoyable and myself and my daughters felt at home. again, thank you!!!"
