"The staff and guests were all very friendly towards Orca, my small service dog. The location is excellent for direct access to the beach. The property has everything you need all in one stop. It was quite pleasant for our 1-night stop on our journey through Florida. "

"We could not see the beach from our room!!The view was obstructed by the pool being under repair. We used the pool to Bldg B which is near the access to the magnificent beach area. Beach and pool were not crowded. Disappointed that the restaurant was only open from 11-5 on 2 of the 4 days we were there. Closed on the 2 others. We were able to walk to a lovely restaurant nearby. And drove to nearby towns for dinner on other nights. Numerous great seafood restaurants in nearby towns. Enjoyed the Art exhibit at the Norton in West Palm Beach. Staff was most helpful and attentive as was the host. Bed was not comfortable for us. Too high. Pillow selection was poor. 4 Huge pillows. Another option would have been nice. Cable was not plugged into TV when arrived but engineer was able to connect it. Lovely visit. Beautiful. "

"Room was not clean at all. Found cockroaches in the shower, shower wasn’t clean- hair and sand in it. Mattress is sitting on the ground and is very dirty. Overall terrible stay. Genuinely the worst place on singer island "

"Beautiful property. Well appointed for a comfortable stay. The beach is nice and quiet. The lower pool has a view of the ocean, which is rare."

"The best thing about the room was it was clean. The kitchen did have a few pots and pans. I had to use the big pan to flush the toilet.There was 1 glass in the kitchen, but no coffee pot of any kind. The bed qas horrible and the pillows were like airline throw away pillows. I messaged about the toilet. The person in charge said they would have some one look at it I asked when and got no reply. So of course we were out when they came and it didn't get fixed. So we used the 2 pans of water in the tank method of flush while we were there. I almost forgot my next door neighbors partying until 4:00 AM one morning. There is no insulation in the walls so they might as well been in the room with us. That was a miserable night. On the other hand the pool was clean and it is only about 3 blocks to the beach. I will never go back it is to rough for me but that is what I get for trying to save a few bucks. I would much rather have been farther from the beach and been a little more comfortable. "

"Very comfy beds and pillows. Nice fitness room. Friendly, helpful staff. Disappointed to learn upon arrival the upper pool is under construction… everything else about the stay was fabulous."
