"The place was seriously so cute! Old style cozy home! Love the vouchers they gave us for restaurants in town and the bed was super comfortable! The only downside was the place wasn't super clean, the toilet wasn't washed and there were leftover shampoo bottles from previous guests."

"Fairly new hotel on the north side of Carlsbad. Rooms clean and comfortable, hot and cold breakfast items. Everything works, would definitely stay here again. However, if you want to be close to the Caverns, this is a little farther away."

"We had a great stay at the holiday inn Carlsbad. We were met right away with very friendly staff and a well kept lobby. Our room was clean and set up like you’d expect. We used the pool and hot tub and I was happy it was heated and clean."

"This was an unexpected, unique property, which is something we love about road-tripping. Although smaller than most hotel rooms, it provided everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. The best part was the owner’s (Bonnie) hospitality. We enjoyed our conversation with her at breakfast, where she blessed us with homemade burritos (as well as other breakfast items/snacks for the road)."

"Facilities and room are not clean. TV continuously on when a guest arrives in a room and no instructions to shut the TV off is torturous. Front desk staff unable to help locate TV on off button - all these culminate into a terrible experience with this hotel"
