"Beautiful property"
"The hotel is well-located and in good condition, although we faced the inconvenience of only one elevator working; the housekeeping staff never showed up at the room—not even to bring the towels we requested—and the bar needs to improve its drinks, but I would still stay at this hotel again."
"The house and amenities far exceeded our expectations. The price was amazing especially for this time of year. (August) We had everything we could have needed from shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms to laundry pods. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed to have cooked meals. They provided anything you needed for the beach from sand toys to chairs already on a buggy to cart out. The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, giving the Florida Vibes we came for. The oasis pool was a huge hit with all my littles. We spent more time in the pool than at the beaches! The house is conveniently located in between multiple beaches making it an amazing spot without being right in the middle of the large city hustle. A Publix and several fast food establishments was 3 min down the road making quick runs no hassle. We even met the pool/maintenance guy who was exceptionally nice and provided alot of information about the area for us. The host was quick to respond with any questions. We will definitely be booking another stay here in the future as this was the perfect backyard oasis we were hoping for."
"We had a great time at this wonderful home. The hosts were gracious, available and communicated well. They made you feel that they were as excited as you were about being in their home. The house was the perfect escape. The home was clean and outfitted with every essential needed and some extras that made things even more enjoyable. We spent several days at the local beaches just a few minutes drive away, but we took advantage of the extremely private and well maintained pool. It was the best of both worlds. Would love to go back again!"
"The property was clean and smell nice. The pool was clean and the water was heated. We had everything we needed for our weekend trip. Check in was smooth. Maggie the host was excellent with communication and replying to my text.The only cons about this property that it has one bathroom, if you are a big family visiting. Also, it is about 30 minutes drive to the island. Other than everything was good. I would stay there again."

"Best host ever! The house is perfectly set up for everything a family would need for a week. She was always very quick to respond and even made accommodations when I had to change the dates due to a work issue. The house is equipped with alarms on the doors that goes to the pool which was a god send for us since we have 6 year old, wild town boys. The check out process was so simple and smooth. They didn't ask us to do anything. They treated us like family!"
"HIGHLY recommend if your looking to stay near Anna Maria Island on a budget. My family had an amazing time and Anna Maria Island is absolutely beautiful! Also, Oak and Stone restaurant (downtown Bradenton) was amazing as well. We walked there (it is about a 20 minutes walk there from the house (with 3 kids lol)). There was a pier that you are able to walk out on, a really nice play ground and an ice cream shop in downtown Bradenton also. On Anna Maria Island I reccomend parking at the sand bar (restaurant) and using that entrance to the beach. It was the nicest beach we went to (we also visited Venice beach, Coquina and Manatee beach) and nothing else compared (we found shark teeth and sand dollars- bring goggles). Drinks, food, snacks were right there (you must buy something to use the bathrooms at the restaurant but it was convienent). The sunset on Anna Maria Island were GORGEOUS. Also catch the sunset at Oak and Stone on their roof top section of the restaurant (during summer months go after 7:30pm). Thank you so much Laura! We really enjoyed ourselves!"
