"I booked for 2 nights entered the room I had no TV went to front desk was told I could not be replaced in another room. Called guest relations and filed a complaint about the room and no amenities towels , soap , toilet paper etc . Before this happened I was ok with the establishment but this experience wasn’t good . I shared I would prefer to have a refund for the inconvenience I had to endure "
