"Unbeatable location. Room with bare bones necessities to spend the night. Shared bathroom and shower with several other rooms but can’t beat the price if you’re looking for a decent bed in central Newport."

"A nice cozy couples spot. Clean and tidy. You will get more for your money then staying at a hotel. Decent view of the harbour. We would consider staying again if we have a reason to visit Warwick or RI again. It is located on a dead end residential area and the owners live on the property. They were very welcoming and not overbearing either."
