"Amazing characterful warm and clean cottage. Plenty of firewood available and other heating options and plenty of towels. Could do with a few more cooking utensils but heaps of coffee and tea options as well as hot choc and an otherwise well stocked kitchen. Would definitely recommend a stay."

"Very comfortable Bach but requires a car to access shops, groceries and Dunedin attractions.The bathrooms and kitchen were modern and there was plenty of warm bedding provided.The beach is close by and very pretty."

"A lovely cottage gardened small villa with absolutely everything we needed. Well chosen artifacts in the house in keeping with the home. Quiet neighbourhood on a bus route. We loved our stay thank you."

"This home was absolutely beautiful! A perfect mix of historic & modern, it was even better in person. Plenty of space in a convenient location. The parking is a bit tricky but not bad once you get the hang of it. We're traveling with our 3 year old who was super excited to find toys & books to play with & read - honestly a great surprise for all of us! Communication was clear and timely. Would love to stay at this location again in the future! "
