"Felt safe and secure both in the parking lot and in the room. Clean room, very quiet. The breakfast was good and the attendant made sure everything was refilled. I will stay there again. As an older female solo traveler, safety and cleanliness are my biggest concerns. This hotel was great. "

"There were issues with payment. I paid through Hotels.com when I made my reservation, but the young man at the checkout counter couldn't see evidence of my payment. He told me he would leave a note for the manager and they would figure it out in the morning. When checking out, I was presented with a bill. I explained again everything from the night before. The gal at the counter was new and got very flustered and defensive. She was trying to call someone else for help. After several phone calls, whoever was on the other end of the line could see that I had paid and they let me go. She told me it happens off and on. I've never had an issue paying through Hotels.com before. I think it was something on the hotel's end."
