"All was wonderful with our stay except at 11 ish pm we had a maintenance person banging on something in the room where the microwave and ice machine were. He was in a separate door/room from the microwave room and came out and scared us sweating and apologizing and finally the pounding stopped. Other than that the stay was great!"

"The restaurants are excellent, especially the Vue roof top bar/restaurant... the rooms are updated, clean, and well equipped. Room service was the best I've ever had. Hyper prompt, delivered fast while the food is still hot. I lost my ID and maintenance staff found it almost immediately, which was incredible to say the least.... 10/10 would recommend."

"The front desk staff has an incredible gift for hospitality. Sabrina was so warm and welcoming to me and every guest. The location is good, the room and bathroom were a little tired - the owners could invest some money on the asset and take care of that front desk staff! They are what make the hotel great."
