"We drove from Florida for Spring Break. The area is accessible to all places we wanted to go so that was good.Opened the door and house smelled weird. Floor was sticky in some areas and bathroom had hello stain that we were told later it was probably ammonia from the cleaners.I had to open all windows to air out the house learning that some windows didn’t have locks working on them. "My family of 8 comfortably enjoyed our stay. The house was large enough for the 4 of us couples. The masters suite mimicked a hotel room with its own private full bath, king bed, sofa, tv and deck. Host was very responsive and details were clear."

"Absolutely do NOT book this place.If you’re coming to Atlanta, stay anywhere but here. The house was in terrible condition. Every sink was clogged, the left side of the stove didn’t work, and the back room was extremely hot with no way to cool it down. The place was filthy when we arrived — clearly not cleaned between guests. There were roaches in the house, which is completely unacceptable. The water in the kitchen had a horrible, rotten smell that made it impossible to use.Also, bring your own...
