"There is hair dryer, no iron and board. Faucet in the bathroom looses like a wiggling tooth and can “come off” anytime. The check-in process is slow (1 service staff only at all time). A group ahead of us was even assigned to an occupied room and came back to get a different room. It advertises it has Netflix but you have to sign in with your account. Room doesn’t have enough cookware (1 small pot) or dinnerware. Never come back again."

"I have never done this before. The proximity of the hotel to MSU was wonderful and the parking was wonderful, but that is the only positive comment I have regarding this hotel. It was filthy and in desperate need of renovation. What was worse was that part of my extended family stayed at the hotel with us and their room smelled so bad that I gagged when I went in. We could not make any changes as we were there for a graduation from MSU on 05/02/2026 and we checked in at 11:00 p.m. We were very disappointed."

"Almost everything was great. There were only a couple of things that we didn’t like. First, we paid for 2 queen beds, but the beds were double. Second, the dishwasher was full and thirdly, the hotel supplied lotion had been used. Not new."
