"The location right on antique ave was perfect. Our room was beautiful- bed slept great, pillows A+. Owner fixed breakfast and it was amazing. The kitchen is set up with snacks and drinks which was perfect for late night. We loved our experience!"

"We had a wonderful stay! Excellent location, beautiful room, clean and stocked! John was super responsive and helpful. Will definitely be staying again next time in Monroe!!"

"The bed was just right for me. Not too soft and not too firm What I did not like was. We had to pay 25$ deposit fee. When we checked in you get it back a few Days after you check out as long as the room is not damaged or. Nothing broken."

"This may just be my new favorite place to stay when visiting family. The king suite was clean, spacious, bed comfortable, pillows sufficient, and quiet. The bathroom is small with low water pressure but it contained large bottles of hung shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and lotion. "The property was nice and clean and the staff was great. I would definitely recommend it."

"No coffee in the lobby :(. Had to buy from Starbucks."

"Amy is the best! Amy is the textbook version of hospitality! She deserves a raise!!!"

He was mumbling and belligerent, and looked like he’d just been released from the state pen. He would make an excellent video example of how not to do that customer service job."

"it was such a great experience"

"Staff was helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I would have preferred to have a second chair in the room so we could both sit comfortably. There was a short, backless bench, so I guess that counts as a second place to sit. The only real negative was access to the hotel could be a little slow because of people needing to turn left onto the highway, just before the highway entrance. The hotel itself was fine."

"The walk in shower and the friendly staff."

"The property smelled odd and needed a deep clean and some updating. Also charging for breakfast, when others have it included is ridiculous. Not impressed with this being a national brand. Very disappointed."

"Our stay was good. No major complaints. Just noisy pipes in the walls sometimes."

"Did not like cleanliness"
