"Very warm friendly welcome. Nice rooms, everything you need and more. Breakfast was ok, some things on this point can be easily better. Some fresh things are helpfull at all."

"From the floor in the hallway looking like they have never been cleaned to the bedroom being a disaster the bed was not changed, there were dirty towels in the floor trash cans were empty but trash on the table. Needless to say we didnt stay here. "

"This was our first stay at an Extended Stay and probably our last. The hotel has no amenities. Nothing in the kitchen. No plates, forks, knives, nothing. No warm breakfast. Get that at even the cheap hotels."

"We had made the reservations 4 months ahead and when we get there shortly after the earliest check in time 3:15-3:30pm we were told we couldn't stay because they had over booked by 5 rooms and they didn't have a room for us. We were sent to another hotel which didn't have the same accommodations or cost and as well as in the opposite direction we needed to go for our event by 15 minutes. We got to the new hotel and found out they were told that morning that they were going to be sent customers from Home2. No one had the common courtesy to call us ahead of time to save us time or allow us to try to make other reservations. We were late to our event and we had to pay more than double over what we were going to have to pay at Home2. I will be calling the manager. As of right now we have not be compensated for their screw up. The other hotel was surprised that Home2 didn't cover the difference in cost."

"Despite speaking with the staff the day prior to my arrival to confirm our reservation, we showed up and were told (1) we were at the wrong hotel which was not the case, (2) then told they didn't have our reservation and were fully booked, (3) then were told it was because we used Expedia rather than booked directly, (4) then were told it was because we didn't check-in through the mobile app. It was a complete disaster. During this experience at the front desk, we also overheard their phone conversation with a checked-in guest telling them we don't know how you got the room with the king bed but "you are going to have to move out". They also couldn't give us our key cards and had to walk us to the room to drop off our bags. The hotel itself was nice and comfortable but the front desk staff were terrible."

"The entire house was clean! The rooms were good sizes and simply decorated. Pet friendly which was what we needed. Great place for a quick weekend in town for sports."

"Great location. Just a few minutes from Tyger River Park where my daughter had a softball tournament. Host was available for anything I needed and very responsive. "
