Spacious contemporary villa, bright and quiet, for large families

Our house is close to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Ile de Ré and the village center of Rivedoux, close to La Rochelle and its airport.

You will appreciate it for the calm that you will find there, the light, the space, its modernity, the multiple possibilities of walk, on foot or by bike. No need for your car once you have arrived!

The beach of Rivedoux Sud (300m) is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Ile de Ré. You can swim there at both high and low tide. A sailing school is also present. Finally, it is the starting point for the many bike rides on the island. The house itself overlooks a dead end, and its environment is very calm.

Its large size makes it perfect for families (with children) and large groups.

It has 7 bedrooms with two 90x200 beds in each bedroom, which can be put together to make a large 180x200 bed.

The kitchen is organized around a central island and incorporates the most modern equipment. It is also suitable for accommodating large groups.

Besides the location we expected for the price paid a perfect house Some negative points * cleanliness not OK * No hot water and agency didn't answered on sunday. * Heating pump for the swimming pool defect. Took several days before it was fixed and again several days before the pool was at the requested temperature. * several bordings around the pool were damaged with screws sticking out which resulted in several swimming tires with a fit * No airco as mentioned on the website

Juste un petit mot pour vous dire à quel point nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans votre maison. Accueil super sympa par Priscilla La maison est très agréable, la literie parfaite, salles de bain dans chaque chambre = perfection, cuisine super bien équipée ! Nous avions l’impression d’être à l’hôtel :-)

We had a wonderful holiday in Rivedoux-Plage together with the extended family, and the house and property was perfect for all of us. The children played in the pool the whole week, and we all enjoyed the beautiful outdoor area for relaxation and social dinners. The clean and nice beaches close by were also very popular. And not to forget the wonderful local oysters! I will highly recommend this property, and hope to come back one day.

Tous est prévu, fonctionnel, la maison a été pensée moderne, spacieuse, reposante. L’organisation des espaces de vie et les chambres autour de la piscine (sécurisée avec son fond relevant) sont justes géniaux. Côté matériel dans les chambres, la cuisine, à l’extérieur pour manger, se reposer autour de la piscine, rien ne manque, L’acces à la villa est très facile (les gps vous y amènent), le garage accueille 2 voitures sans pb, et possibilité en proximité sans difficultés. Les commerces à 10 mn à pied, idem pour la mer. Vraiment dans cette villa ON S’Y SENT BIEN. Le propriétaire et les gestionnaires de la maison sont totalement à votre écoute, prise en main de la maison efficace, les petits sms d’accueil et de départ montrent toute leur attention à votre égard : MERCI à eux.
