Ruhige, große Wohnung

Große helle Wohnung, gut ausgestattet. Nachts relativ ruhig, schöner Bergblick. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Vorteilhaft ist auch das Fahrrad, das benutzt werden kann.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung und wunderbarer Urlaub

Als erstes hat die Vermittlung der Ferienwohnung und das Abwickeln der Formalitäten von Zuhause aus wunderbar funktioniert. Irma hat sich gleich bei uns gemeldet und sogar bei uns angerufen um unsere noch offenen Fragen zu klären. Vor Ort dann konnten wir mit der Vermieterin Sara per WhatsApp den Kontakt halten. Sara war überaus sympathisch und bemüht. Als wir angekommen sind - etwas früher als ursprünglich vereinbart - wurde uns gleich die Ferienwohnung überlassen - toller Service! Sara kam dann am Nachmittag und hat uns nochmals persönlich begrüßt, uns alles in perfektem Deutsch erklärt und uns ganz tolle Wandertipps in der Umgebung vorgeschlagen. Wir haben den Urlaub kurzfristig noch verlängert und auch das war überhaupt kein Problem und völlig unbürokratisch möglich. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber, sehr geräumig, war mit allem gut ausgestattet, der Fernseher war topmodern, wir hatten einen Balkon und einen Fahrstuhl im Gebäude sowie einen Parkplatz für unser Auto. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig und auch im Haus selbst war es sehr ruhig. Wir können die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen und haben uns bei Vermieterin Sara schon angekündigt, dass wir wiederkommen werden.

Bellissima vacanza

Ho trascorso 3 settimane molto rilassanti e divertenti con mio marito figlio e ospitando qualche giorno amici. Emanuela è una persona deliziosa sempre pronta e attenta a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. Appartamento molto pulito ben arredato e dotato di tutto ciò che può servire. Zona tranquilla a 10 minuti in bici dalle spiagge e 15 dal centro Torneremo sicuramente! Grazie di tutto Emanuela !

Für Nichtraucher ggf nicht ideal

Irma, die Verwalterin des Apartments, ist super: sehr lebendig, immer erreichbar und mit guten Tipps ausgestattet. Sie sorgte bei uns gleich dafür, dass wir uns zu hause gefühlt haben. Das Apartment an sich liegt für unsere Ansprüche wirklich gut: etwas ausserhalb (ca. 15 Minuten fußläufig bis zum Gardasee) und mit Parkmöglichkeit. Ab und zu war es etwas laut am Abend/Nacht durch Motorradfahrer. Das Apartment ist grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet. Gefehlt haben uns Geschirrtücher. Die Wohnung liegt in der 3. Etage direkt unter dem Dach und hat zwei Balkons. Ein Fahrstuhl ist im Gebäude vorhanden. Da es während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr warm war, haben wir abends und nachts die Fenster offen gelassen. Sehr gestört hat uns, dass der Zigarettenrauch von zwei Balkonen unterhalb in unser Apartment hineingezogen ist, so das wir jedes Mal die Türen schließen mussten. Für Nichtraucher daher ggf. nicht die beste Wahl. Ansonsten haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Schöne Tage am Gardasee

Fe Wo sauber, komfortabel und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Lage ist hervorragend, Aussicht vom Balkon ebenfalls. Umgebung ist ruhig. Wir haben uns in dieser Woche im Herbst hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auch gerne wiederkommen.

Saubere Wohnung, gute Lage, toller Empfang

Wir sind sehr spät angereist, (21 Uhr) das war überhaupt kein Problem. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und uns wurde die Wohnung gezeigt und alles erklärt. Uns würden Restaurants empfohlen und auch Sachen die man bei schlechtem Wetter machen konnte. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. In der Küche hatte man alles was benötigt. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Nach 10 Minuten Fußweg war man an einem Supermarkt in dem man alles bekommen hat was man so braucht. Innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten konnte man einige Restaurants erreichen sowie Eisdielen. Ins Zentrum von Riva del Garda hat man 20-25 Minuten Fußweg gebraucht. Alles in allem eine tolle Wohnung, gute Lage und einem herzlichen Empfang.

Super nette Vermieterin, sehr gute Unterknft

Vom Einchecken über Tipps für den Aufenthalt bis zum Begrüßungswein - wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Das Appartement ist gemütlich, geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wer einen etwas längeren Weg ins Zentrum von Riva nicht scheut, kann hier sehr gut und günstig unterkommen.

Schönes Appartment mit guter Ausstattung

Wir haben hier unseren Familienurblaub verbracht. Die Einführung war kurz und bündig aber ausreichend. Wir konnten jeden morgen die herrliche Bergkulisse vom Balkon aus genießen welche die Landschaft rund um den Gardasee prägt. Zu Fuß sind es knapp 10mins bis zur Promenade wo es auch einen Supermarkt mit Brötchen gibt. Das Appartment selbst liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Es gibt einen Abschließbaren Kellerraum der sich für Fahrräder anbietet. Weiterhin ist eine Tiefgarage vorhanden. Einen Außenstellplatz für das Auto gibt es auch. Die sonstige Ausstattung ist super um sich zwei Wochen selbst die Zeit zu vertreiben. Es gibt einen Fernseher mit aktuellen anschlüssen und deutschem Programm, gut funktionierendes Internet, einen super Gasherd, Ofen, und tolle Betten (Die Matratzen liegen sich wirklcih sehr gut). Die Einrichtung ist modern, sauber und funktional. Allem in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden gewesen mit der Unterkunft. Falls Kinder dabei sind empfiehlt es sich Fahrräder dabei zu haben. Zum einen ist der Weg an die leckere Promenade damit in 5mins zu schaffen, und man kann wunderbar die Nachbarorte erfahren. Sollten Fragen aufkommen sind die Vermieter stets in der Lage schnell zu antworten (bei uns war es jeweils innerhalb von 1h). Wir bedanken uns recht herzlich für die tolle Unterkunft und wünschen auch den Nachmietern viel Freude.

Sehr schöne gut gelegene Ferienwohnung

Betulla ist eine sehr schön gelegene Wohnung in der mittels Aufzug bequem erreichbaren dritten Etage des Hauses. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man kann das Zentrum von Riva del Garda leicht erreichen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, so dass man sich sehr wohlfühlt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die umliegenden Berge ist beeindruckend. Nochmals vielen Dank an Sylvia für den netten Empfang am Anreisetag.

Bellissime vacanze di Natale

L'appartamento si trova in una posizione tranquilla ed ha una vista sorprendente sulle montagne circostanti. Comodo e pulito, vicinissimo ai centri commerciali, è a soli 5 minuti di macchina dal centro storico di Riva del Garda e dal lago. La proprietaria è stata gentile e disponibile. Sehr saubere und gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung Betulla ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet und war bei Bezug tiptop sauber. Selten haben wir in einer Ferienwohnung so gute Betten gehabt! Die Ausstattung ist einwandfrei und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auf dem kleinen Balkon haben wir jeweils bei einem Apéro die Abendsonne und die traumhafte Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge genossen. Die Betreuung durch Sylvia war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Ein grosses Dankeschön an dieser Stelle! Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, wir waren nicht auf‘s Auto angewiesen und haben die Umgebung mit den Fahrrädern ausgekundschaftet. Für unsere fünf Fahrräder hatten wir einen grosszügigen abschliessbaren Kellerraum zur Verfügung. Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen und waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal da!

Zu empfehlen, auch für Senioren, da Fahrstuhl im Haus und Autoabstellplatz vor dem Haus

Wir fanden eine saubere, geräumige, modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung vor. Die Küchenausstattung enthielt die notwendigsten Utensilien. Eine zusätzliche Glaskanne für die Teezubereitung wäre wünschenswert. In der Nähe gibt es eine große Kaufhalle sowie eine sehr schöne Gaststätte. Den gepflegten Strand erreicht man am besten mit dem Auto. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und fühlten uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl. Leider waren die Balkontüren bei einem Starkregen nicht dicht.

Tolles erste Pfingstwoche

Die Wohnung war sauber, geräumig und sehr ruhig (kein Verkehr oder sonstiger Trubel). Alles was wir, Familie mit zwei Kindern (5 und 8 Jahre), gebraucht haben, stand zur Verfügung. Die Betten hatten sehr gute Matratzen für unseren Geschmack. Der Weg zum Strand war für uns mit zwei kleineren Kindern, bei dem tollen warmen Pfingstwetter 2018, und Strandsachen zu weit zu Fuß. Insbesondere der Rückweg wäre wohl eine "Qual" geworden. Wir können die Ferienwohnung empfehlen.

Empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geräumig. Wer zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten zum Strand benötigt , muss sportlich ambitioniert sein. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig und mit dem Fahrrad kann man den Hafen in Riva als auch den guten Bäcker in Torbole bequem erreichen. Supermarkt ist in der Nähe.

Ein gelungener Urlaub

Diese FeWo war perfekt für uns. Ruhig gelegen, in einem gewachsenen Viertel, so dass man gleich das Gefühl hatte daheim zu sein. Die schöne Aussicht gab es umsonst dazu. Das Zentrum Rivas ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen! Nützlich war auch der eigene Kellerraum für Fahrräder etc. Von der Verwalterin wurden wir sehr nett empfangen. Durchweg positives Urteil!

Very Welcoming

I stayed here three days with my parents: we were surprised by the warm welcome we received by the owner of the apartment!! Beautiful interiors, amazing location, parking, super clean and comfortable! I suggest it even for long stays. Quiet place close to the center and to the beach! We fell in love with Riva and we will absolutely go back to "Betulla" apartments!

Wunderbare Wohnung für Ferien am Gardersee

Mit Kind und Hund an Gardersee und dann in diese tolle Wohnung! Alles hat gepasst. Angefangen bei tollen Betreuung bis dem Aussicht vom Balkon. Wir hatten zwei Wohnungen und beide waren top! Auch die Gegend mit dem anliegenden Restaurant war sehr ansprechend. Echt zu empfehlen.
