Inside a light and airy open plan living room with chic l-chic sofa is complemented by a flat screen TV and free WiFi access. A contemporary-fitted kitchen diner sets the scene for relaxed home cooking, whilst an alfresco dining set for 2 will tempt couples to savour a summertime meal (or glass of wine) in the sun. This is complemented by an additional dining and relaxation terrace for 6, perfect for laid-back entertaining.

A spacious double bedroom is accompanied by a welcoming 2nd bedroom with two single beds and a modern fitted shower room.

From its elevated setting in ‘Località Dom’, guests are 5 minutes’ drive from the waterfalls of Cascate del Varone and 4 minutes’ drive from the Riva del Garda Fiere exhibition centre. Guests are situated 6 minutes’ drive from the buzzing Old town and picturesque lakeshore of Riva del Garda. There, all-weather attractions, a harbour, ferry stop, romantic café bars and restaurants provide a wonderful setting for year-round trips. The sailing club and lido beaches also beg to be enjoyed! The nearest airport is Verona Villafranca (1hr 29 minutes’ drive away). Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of June 2024 to the 15th of September 2024

Handlungsbedarf + gute Lage
An dieser Stelle war ich nicht motiviert hier zu kommentieren. Da ich nun jedoch ein weiteres Mal animiert werde zu reagieren, folgend nun mein Eindruck, welchen ich dem Vermieter bereits kommuniziert habe. Der Pool ist nur zwischen Mitte Juni und Mitte September geöffnet. Dies war uns leider nicht bewusst und dementsprechend traurig waren unsere Kinder Anfang Juni. Leider wird prioritär mit dem Pool-Bild geworben, um vielleicht so die Buchungen zu erhöhen. Die Bilder im Inserat sind einladend, leider ist der Renovierungsstandart real nicht vergleichbar. Auch die Hygiene kann verbessert werden. Unsere Empfehlung: hier ist Handlungsbedarf. Für Menschen mit Handycap ist diese Wohnung nichts, da der Zugang verwinkelt durch die Garage, über einen kleinen Fahrstuhl führt. Unseren Kinderwagen haben wir in der Garage geparkt. Vorsicht auch mit Mehrfamilienautos. Diese können möglicherweise für die Tiefgarage zu hoch sein. Die Lage ist toll. Abseits dem Trubel, ruhig gelegen, mit toller Aussicht. Auch der Pool, welcher mit den FeWo über ein Terrassensystem verbunden ist, ist ruhig, windstill und sonnig gelegen. Die Anreisedetails waren klar und einfach verständlich. Über das Gastgeschenkt (Prosecco und Mineralwasser haben wir uns gefreut.)

Tolle Lage
Die Wohnung liegt ein wenig außerhalb, aber dadurch ist es ruhig und durch die höhere Lage hat man vom Garten aus einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt und den See.

Prachtige plek, uitstekend appartement
Fijn verblijf gehad, appartement met alle voorzieningen en schoon. Tuin is eenvoudig, maar daar zaten we weinig omdat we bij mooi weer de meren opzochten. Gardameer is mooi, maar groot. Ledro is superplekje én vlakbij.

Kletterurlaub mit 6 Freunden kein Problem
Diese Unterkunft ist für 4 Personen Ideal und auch mit 6 Freunden machbar. Die Unterkunft bietet einen guten Startpunkt zu den Kletterfelsen in der Umgebung und bietet zu dem einen tollen Ausblick und ums Auto braucht man sich auch keine sorgen machen, da man einen eigenen Stellplatz in der Garage hat.
