"Pros: Good location. The balcony has good views of mountain, river, and cable car. The Grindelwald Grud is walkable, about 10 mins and the Grindelwald Terminal is about 13 mins on foot. Grindelwald Terminal has many shops, including coop (grocery store) and Lindt chocolate. The apartment doesn't have A/C or standing fans, but if you keep the windows open, you get nice freeze. Interlaken is about 25 mins drive and the Lauterbrunnen valley is about 20 mins drive. There is a free parking. Cons:...

"Everything was well thought out to make an ideal base to stay at during out skiing trip. The only thing to note would be garage was a very tight fit.. width wise if you have a large car. Plenty of length & height but thought the driver may need to climb out through the boot!. ( we have a VW Touareg) Having said that its great to have a garage and once there we had no need to get it out until we left."

"We loved our stay in the apartment. The balcony with the views of the mountains was our favourite location. The boys loved the skylights in their loft for viewing the stars at night. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The check in process was very convenient and they were accommodating when we thought we would arrive late. We would definitely stay again."

"After a warm welcome from our hosts, we enjoyed a lovely week in Grindelwald. The apartment is just so - everything we needed and a beautiful view to enjoy each evening. "The location of the place was ideal for hiking and getting to many attractions in the area. We enjoyed being out of town where one could enjoy the falls and river. Accommodations had everything we needed and the bus took you from the rails basically to the doorsteps of the place. Would stay there again."

"Although the apartment is compact it is well thought out. Having two bathrooms was a real plus. The kitchen has everything you need. Proximity to the station was an important point. We had excellent weather so spent our days out in the beautiful area. We would especially recommend going up the Hasliberg lifts out of Meiringen and taking the bus from Meiringen to Scharzalp for lunch at the mountain Inn and then another bus to Grosse Scheidegg down to Grindelwald."

"This place was very clean and comfortable for two couples to share. The kitchen was well stocked and nice. I would suggest they put blackout drapes in both bedrooms and replace the broken floor lamp in the living room. Overall, this apartment was very comfortable, functional and in a great location. I would definitely stay here again."
