"Beautiful property with basic but comfortable & clean accommodation. The beds were comfortable. All the staff we encountered were friendly. Lots of communal areas to chill in hammocks or chairs. Good varierty of food and drink options. Just a 15 minute walk to town."

"This was an inexpensive option for our family to stay in Sarapiqui. The property is interesting because of the covered pathways and proximity to two miles of rainforest trails, and we spied frogs, howler monkeys, iguana, caterpillars, etc. Breakfast was wonderful. There is no air conditioning or hot water, which was fine for us. Wet clothes will take a looooong time to hang dry. We are a family of 6, and I thought from photos that we would likely have a room with bunk beds. Instead we were given two rooms, and that worked for us."

Definitely recommend. A quick note. Transportation by boat is very difficult after hours. While the staff was able to connect us with a private transfer, it took alot of communication. "

"Very nice property with stunning flora and fauna. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The included breakfast - fresh fruits, eggs, housemade toast and jam, rice and beans as well as a fresh coconut - was delicious, especially the coffee. I only stayed one night and had to leave early in the morning, wish I had more time here but plan to be back next time. "

"The staff is very nice. Book some tours through their partner agency because they have friendly and knowledgeable guides. A few friendly cats in the area, buy some whiskers from the grocery store and make some friends. Sloths in the tree outside. The beach is a few feet away if that’s your thing as well, very shallow water but a refreshing dip. The jungle park is just down the street, 6km out and back close to the beach with some good wildlife. Friendly locals, probably a bit crowded during busy season, but all good vibes. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants but they all have similar menus, not the greatest cuisine but good enough. "

"The Hotel was like a cabin lodge experience. It was immersed into the nature, the pool was great, staff was so friendly. The nature awakening tour was great as well. The village is a quick 5 min boat ride. "
