"This hotel is very clean, with nice comfortable rooms. Only 10 minutes from Ruby Falls and 20 minutes to Rock City. Both a must see. Front desk are very friendly. Also pet friendly. Nice pool and really good food at the bar."

"We had a great stay! The hotel still feels new—everything smelled fresh and clean, which I really appreciated since I usually struggle with allergies in hotels, but not this time. Our room was quiet and comfortable, and we slept very well. The complimentary breakfast, dinner, and happy hour drinks were a nice touch and exceeded our expectations. We didn’t get a chance to try the pool since it was a bit crowded, but overall, a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely consider staying again!"

"The iron board and iron appliance needs to be separated. The two items together makes it heavy and difficult to operate. Upgrade to newer iron board separate items. "

"The hotel is close to downtown, but not so close you experience the noise and congestion, and feels secluded. It is next to the river and a green way and a short walk to the riverfront area (aquarium etc .. ). The indoor pool is small but heated, and there is a hot tub. Self parking is $18. The free breakfast is standard for hotels: eggs, sausage, biscuits, fruit, gravy, muffins, etc ..."
