"This was our second stay at the hotel and I was again impressed with it. The hotel location could not be better, easily walkable to the train station, restaurants, shopping, and Lucerne historical sites. The staff all spoke impeccable English and assisted with directions, tickets, etc. Our room was modern and clean."

"The Hotel is in a convenient location to the train station and boat piers. Hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a good assortment of hot and cold items as well as a coffee and espresso drink maker to start your day. Nice lunch at the restaurant on the outdoor patio."

"Ok so I had high expectations for this hotel, but fist time in my 40+ countries of traveling I’m writing bad review. Starting with when checking in the staff was not only extremely rude, she was racist. I asked for upgrade after her being rude about me wanting to have nice room with views. I’ve NEVER seen anyone being so mean. Then they gave me room with no views. Even though I asked to pay for upgrade. Then the glasses were dirty with lip stain on it!!! The worst part was that the restroom smell of sewage is IN A ROOM. Like when you go to sleep you’d feel it. I genuinely hated every second of being in this hotel, and I don’t recommend. Maybe it was just my luck. But whatever."

"From check in to check out this hotel is amazing. If your going to an event at Stadion Letzigrund it’s a 5 minute walk which is nice after event not to have wait for public transportation or fight traffic in your car. The breakfast was outstanding. They will make you any kind of omelettes or eggs you like. Plus lots of other good breakfast foods. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and sun deck were relaxing. Would recommend everyone to stay here when in Zurich."
