"Hotel is in a good location. Room was very clean and smelled great. Young lady at check in was very helpful. It is located very close to the walking trail which we love. Breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel. There were lots of dogs staying there but I never heard any of them. My only complaint (and this is not the hotels fault) was there were young kids next door to us that were very loud--I was going to call the front desk but they finally were quiet enough that I got to...

"My husband , and I stay here every time we visit the mountains . I love everything about the hotel . The rooms are very roomy , and clean . The balcony overlooks the river . The staff are very polite . I would rate this hotel at a 10 ."

"Staff was friendly room was clean we didn’t use any amenities air conditioning was good. Would definitely recommend"

"Room (accessible) was nice and roomy. Floor was dirty, with food crumbs, napkins, and someone's lost charger. Nice having a kitchenette. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. Ample parking and close to shopping, amusements, etc. Rate was fair. Staff fairly nonexistent, and generally didn't acknowledge you unless checking in/out or asking a question. Didn't use pool(outdoor) due to time of year."

"Great place to stay !"

"The staff was amazing and the room was fabulous and everything was extremely clean. The breakfast cooks were so nice and the food was good. Wonderful stay and will definitely be back again and again"

"GREAT place for a reasonable price. Amazing pool, very good breakfast. Will be my go-to choice for Pigeon Forge from now on."

"The room we had with walk in shower was roomy. The beds were hard, the TV network was not user friendly. The hot breakfast but it was common to not have enough seating even earlier in the am. We wanted a hot tub for post hike recovery however the outdoor tub had low water and in both the water was barely hot and there were no towels poolside on any of the days we used them. We could not communicate with cleaning staff as none spoke English."

"Pretty good cleaning staff buffet all pretty good"

"location on the stream through town."

"The staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. The room was however covered in mold and as a result we became sick, so sick we were unable to even move to another room. I really hope they took care of the issue as they said they would."

"Stayed here a few times. It's convenient to everything, staff was great"

"Definitely not a top notch facility. Room was a little musky. Overall it was clean from what I could see. Parking lot had some trash (not significant amount). The clerk charged my card twice. So I have to wait and see what happens to my account before they will credit it because the charges were showing pending. Hopefully. I will not have issues getting it resolved."

"I would stay here again only I was traveling alone. We had two vehicles and they only allowed us to park one on the property. There most definitely is not enough parking at this property. That was huge deal breaker for us. Room was clean and the pool is nice though."

"Had a wonderful stay. Everything from checking in to checking out was great. Everything was clean. Really enjoyed the fire pit and decorations they had for the fall. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good,"
