"The hotel itself was clean and offered a great view of the Hollywood Casino. Carlos, our tour guide and transportation provider, was excellent—super friendly, helpful, and reliable. He truly made the experience a thousand times better.
My biggest disappointment was not having access to the rooftop due to a private event. It would have been helpful to be informed about this in advance so I could’ve been prepared.
Overall, I’d still give it 5 stars, but I recommend giving guests a heads-up if certain amenities—like the rooftop—won’t be available, especially when they're included in the charges."
