The pub below the rooms served great food and the buses to downtown London and the tube were very convenient. Plus, the Mil Kitchen around the corner served a great breakfast. We will be going back when visiting London. Also, the staff members were super friendly. "

"Such a beautiful place! The room was just stunning and very clean. Very spacious with big bathroom and free standing bath which added a nice touch. The staff were so lovely and helpful and the food was very good although my pizza was slightly more done than I would have liked but still enjoyable. 30 seconds walk and there is a lovely place to walk down the river and watch the boats. Lovely outdoor seating area to enjoy some food and a drink. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Had a wonderful night. Masani(don't know if I spelt it right) and the other trying gentleman at the front desk was fantastic. I don't usually stay at the Hyatt brand but the energy from the staff and he answering of questions was phenomenal. I highly recommend Hyatt to anyone connecting via London."
