"Hotel is lovely with crazy golf, a gym and a lovely garden area. However lights on our corridor on floor two were out for the duration of our stay. Informed staff but issue was not rectified. Difficult to access rooms in the dark. Only one waitress employed so could only book dinner one night in the hotel. We were provided with a list of restaurants near by but a car is required. We travelled to three on the list that’s were closed down. Frustrating that they were still provided as an alternative option for food by the hotel."

"I don't normally give 5 stars unless there is something truly outstanding. We stayed here because we wanted to drive about 2.5 hours from Venice on our way north toward Switzerland. Its not particularly easy to find a hotel that has rooms for 4 people. 2 adults and 2 teens. They had a great room at a good price for the 4 of us, also with breakfast included, another bonus. The room didn't have anything particularly special, but we just needed to sleep. We happened to have a balcony, which was very nice on a warm summer evening. Free parking and close access to the highway was nice as well. The beds were comfortable enough and everyone was happy in the morning. It appeared they had some food available for dinner despite the website saying they didn't. So plan ahead if you need dinner, or call ahead to ask about food options. They do have a small bar for the nightcap on the balcony. Staff that we spoke with were very helpful and spoke English well (way better than my Italian). Its a random location, apparently close to an amusement park, but does the trick if you are somewhere north of Milan and need a place to stay."

"We were pleasantly surprised by how lovely the hotel was. Great amenities, food was good in the restaurant and breakfast was great. My husband especially loved that we could park our car right outside the room in a garage/canopy covered area. The staff in every area were very polite and friendly. Shame that there aren’t more of these throughout Europe. Highly recommend"

"Genuinely the most beautiful hotel. The perfect location for anyone visiting Crema, only 1-2 streets away from the centre. Breakfast was always served at the time we requested and was always lovely, the staff are happy to help and friendly too! Air con in the rooms was very appreciated, and the room was always spotless, and refreshed with cold water everyday. Could not recommend this place enough and we will definitely be back!!"
