The garden features ancient olive trees, apple trees and cherry trees. There is a swimming pool with a large terrace with loungers and lounge area under the veranda. Enjoy a panoramic view over the hills of Molise. The view from the large terrace by the house is also breathtaking.

The garden, terraces, and swimming pool are shared with the guests in the two neighbouring houses. There is space, seating and privacy enough for everyone.
