"Villa I due Casali is a beautiful villa in a stunning location. The rooms are all very spacious and very nicely decorated and we were amazed that every bedroom has its own bathroom. The pool is fabulous, large enough that it never felt crowded even when our entire group of 17 was in it. The grounds are fantastic with stunning views over the Umbrian hills and mountains. "Assisi is within walking distance (less then 20 minutes), which it makes the perfect location to visit this beautiful and well-restored town of San Francisco and Santa Chiara. The garden with its nice flowers and figs, tomatoes and olive trees create a comfortable and tranquil atmosphere. The house is spit in two apartments. We rented the lower apartment, which was very nicely restored with an eye for detail. We didn’t hear much of our neighbours from upstairs. We’ve shared the garden easily."
