"i was travelling with my parents, my sister and her two kids. The flat was more spacious than we expected. In addition to the kitchen area, there was a second dining area in the the large balcony. We found the apartment finishes a little bit outdated. The TV, the sliding door to the balcony and the kitchen sink were not working properly so we pointed that out to the receptionist who called a mantainance team to fix the issues promptly the first day. We had two cars and it was convenient to...

"Fitness center is very good,tennis courts are ok , maybe can be improved the maintenance of the net ( couple of them was not properly set up).the sea is great , like Sardinia in the morning ...and with Beautiful waves sometimes to have fun...the lifeguards are the best ever seen . What can be improved is the level of the evening events arranged by the stuff : probably ok for childrens but not for adult people...people at the reception are amazing and always available."

"Casa in zona tranquilla, un pò fuori mano, il proprietario persona disponibile e gentile, due appunti da fare: le porte interne non si chiudono sembrano gonfire o fuori squadra, al nostro arrivo un forte odore di chiuso andava arieggiata qualche ora prima. In bagno il minimo indispensabile, phon da viaggio in dotazione non adeguato per i capelli delle donne, consiglio uno leggermente più grande e performante se non si vuole stare delle ore per asciugarsi i capelli. "Appartment-Anlage im 70er jahre Stil. Preis-Leistung sehr ok. Schöne Lage im Ort, 10 min zum Strand, Metzger und Bäcker direkt vor der Tür, besser gehts gar nicht ! Der Ort ist typisch italienisch .. bunt, laut, Musik, Familien .. man muss es mögen, uns es hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Bilderbuch-Toskana um Bolgheri ist nur 15 min Autofahrt entfernt !"

"The place was lovely and probably more so in the spring or in summer. We visited as we had business in town. The place was beautiful however location wise it is best suited for those with cars as there are no restaurants or shops nearby. Transportation is ok but bus intervals are usually 1hr apart. As for the bus stop it is right outside Dolce Vita but it's pitch black dark at night and dangerous so be careful. I would recommend you to rent a car when staying here."

"Our room had a big problem with the smell of sewage coming on the bathroom at the first night, making it very unpleasant to shower or even to sleep (bedroom right next to bathroom). We contacted reception the next morning and were told dismissively by the owner that someone would check the issue after we went out to the beach. When we came back, nothing changed (the smell was still terrible) and we had no message from the hotel. Asking again the reception, we were told that nothing could be...

"It was a wonderful drive to the hotel, but outside of the swimming pool, we were disappointed. The internet was down, the showers barely dripped any water, let alone hot water, and the meals were the worst we experienced in all of Italy."

"Lovely little Bungalow very quiet surroundings Lovey pool and quiet Restaurant very helpful when closing made us a sandwich when for back from rme at 10.30pm Shop closes a little early7.30pm if u arrive late for booking in but was friendly n helpful when they were just closing to get. Few bits"
