"We loved the pool and how close it was to the apartment. We also enjoyed having close access to the beach, the Wyndham hotel for food and Enterprise to rent a car. The apartment was spotless and communication was easy with the host. We do have some comments on things they could improve on. The AC seemed to be stuck on 76 so at times it felt stuffy, especially at night. The TV only worked for us once, looks like there was an issue with the Internet. The password provided for the Wi-Fi didn't work. The garbage pail in the kitchen was too small and not many garbage bags provided. Also, it would have been nice if they could provide a couple of tissue boxes and kitchen towels. Lastly, although the apartment was kid friendly for the most part, there were a few delicate glass items that we had to move up higher so our toddler couldn't reach them. The host was great and responded about the TV and AC but we just couldn't get it to work. Overall, we absolutely loved the apartment, the area felt safe and it was beautiful. "

"Rooms were clean . Not a lot to do at the resort . A small bottle of water was $6,75 rest is imaginable. Staff were friendly and helpful . Pool was boring , more like small Y pool. El Yunque National rainforest park was an hour away.. "

"Everything is great! The kitchen has everything we needed. The pool was awesome. We spent a lot of time under the gazebo. Played cards every night on the back porch. The beds were comfy. There is nothing wrong with the place. Thanks for such a great vacation"

"Palmas Del Mar is a beautiful community filled with kind people. It was pleasant to be within walking distance from a variety of places to eat. That said, the room was mid tier quality- I stayed there for 5 days and the WiFi worked a handful of times throughout. The shower must’ve produced an 1 hr of warm water across the overall total 5 days!!! Freezing cold showers eventually took away from the relaxation of being on vacation. Worst of all for me, were the falsely advertised laundry and pool. That picture of the pool on Expedia? Doesn’t exist. You’ll have to factor in paying a day pass to another resort to use theirs if you want a pool. And then when being charged twice for a cleaning fee for having dirty laundry! Laundry that I would’ve happily washed if there were the advertised washer and dryer. Beautiful town but stay somewhere else "
