If I could be made to feel anymore unwanted as a guest, I would have slept outside. Initially when I arrived the female at the front desk told me that I must wait until 3pm to check-in. Ok that is not a problem. However, another person came right up to front desk, before 3pm and they were allowed to check in immediately. When I brought this double standard to attention of the females at the front desk, they begrudgingly allowed me to check-in. My cardkey did not operate well. The wonderful people at the front desk instead updating the card called the housekeepers to open my door as though I was bothering them. Restaurant staff and housekeepers were great. Front desk and registration people unprofessional, rude at best. They only cater to the guest who suit their fancy.

The most important thing to know is that you are not booking a hotel room. This is some kind of apartment within what seems to be a hotel. The main issue is that the hotel staff have virtually no power to help you with anything. Instead, they direct you to talk to the owner of the apartment. I wish this was more clearly stated up front because I would have booked something else; there's a reason I no longer do Airbnb, which more closely resembles what this actually is. I arrived at 4 pm, one hour after check-in time and the apartment was still not ready. Because of the above, nobody could help me except a faceless person via Whatsapp. I was finally able to go in between 4:25 pm and 4:30 pm. There is no A/C in the unit either, but there is a fan. It wasn't terribly needed, but would have been nice to have. There is a massive walk-in closet which needs to have one of its walls moved in order to enter the master bathroom. It was a bit odd considering this is more of an airport place rather than a longer stay hotel. It seemed clunky and unnecessary. All this being said, the place was clean and we had everything we needed for the one night we stayed. I might do it again if I cannot find a proper hotel close by, but I'm avoiding Airbnb-type facilities lately.
