"The check in staff were amazing, but when we went to the restaurant it all went down hill 100mph, the staff ignored us especially the self proclaimed sommelier, he needs a rocket, even with eye contact he completely chose to not see.....the food wasnt any better, gluggy potatoes full of cheese, dry beoff..no water as asked for when we finally were asked until we asked again later, poured our own wine, and many tables were in the same predicament.. mattress was terrible, but the toom otherwise...

Pas de connexion wifi alors que sur l’annonce s’est bien indiqué qu’elle est disponible. Pas de personnels, on récupère la clé dans une boîte à l’entrée de la chambre. "Niveau confort et propreté des chambres, rien à dire. Par contre quelques déceptions. Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé il n'y a pas de parking à l'hôtel. C'est stationnement gratuit mais dans les rues et en saison c'est compliqué. On devait avoir vu sur le parc, donc nous pensions avoir du calme !!! Pas du tout. Il n'y a pas de parc, c'est vu sur une église entourée d'arbres, mais surtout séparée de l'hôtel par une rue très passante et terrasses de café restaurant. Donc pas du tout calme....

"We didn't expect too much. We arrived decently late and tried to call multiple times to check how late we could check in, the first 2x the phone was not answered. We were asked if we want to see the restaurant menu but were not informed when it closes so by the time we went to the restaurant the kitchen had closed and no warm dishes were available. The room smelled a bit of cigarettes and had to be aired out. The layout was complicated with steps right after the door and a seperate toilet which...

"Modern and comfortable hotel, very good breakfast "

"The location was good, easy walking, parking across the street. The only issue was it was a top floor room without air-conditioning. To be fair, it was much warmer than usual in the area. "
