"The bed and room 316 was too low to the ground and it was very uncomfortable. Other than that everything was wonderful. I stay here often for my job, and I appreciate the courtesy that I always get from the front desk staff. I believe it was Jamie, who checked me in on Wednesday evening and she was very wonderfully polite and cordial and I appreciate that greatly. "

"The room itself was very nice. The area around the hotel is not so nice but we didn't spend much time there. The pool and hot tub are very nice nice but unfortunately there were too many people partying and smoking to allow my kids to enjoy it in the evening."

As soon as you walk in, it smelled SO good in there, very clean, very friendly staff, very comfortable, A++++++ We went & stayed for 2 nights for the Jason Aldean concert & we loved it so much we booked again for December for the Journey concert! I highly recommend this hotel, it was very well priced too! I booked threw a 3rd party, no problems. The only hiccup was we did get woken up by the fire alarm at 6:15AM but it ended up not being nothing serious & we were back in the room within 30 minutes. "
