"We loved the location to the downtown activities of Healdsburg, so convenient for walking. Very clean and up to date apartment for a couple with small , private sitting area off the back for morning coffee or an afternoon book. Our hosts were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. "Was not familiar with Santa Rosa so just hoped it was in a good neighborhood. It turned out to be in a great area of beautiful, well kept homes. A few things were walkable (a grocery store) but we had a car. Everything went super smooth and the three of us (man, wife, adult daughter) were completely comfortable here. And it was so cute too! It does allow pets so there is a slight dog odor, but we're animal lovers so we didn't mind at all. Only noticed it upon entering, but not after a while."

"Great location with a quick walk to the beach. The bedrooms worked well for my family with adults and littles. Only hiccup we had, was no instructions to access the property, but we contacted the owner and that was resolved quickly. The internet was an issue but again, contacted the owner and it was resolved quickly (modem name got changed by the vendor). Hands down, the best stocked kitchen I have seen yet!!! Loved every minute of being there. Note: There are stairs going up when you walk...
