"Great hotel in an excellent location. I usually stay here whenever I’m in Bucaramanga. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the young woman at the front desk who is in training is especially kind and welcoming."

"The hotel is well located, near plenty of street vendors and a sort of mall. The staff were very helpful & friendly. And the water in the shower was hot and had good pressure. But the room was small. The worst part was that they were remodeling the rooms next door during the day, which made a horrible racket. It was almost impossible for me to work (from the room). They do have a common work area, though, so not all was lost."
