"Our room was great, but unfortunately we were looking for a bed and breakfast and there was no food available. It would have been nice to let us know prior to booking so we could cancel if need be. But other than that, we enjoyed our visit. We would come back if everything is working."

"I'm a local who chose this property for a "staycation" and I will definitely come back! Our room was spacious, clean, and had fun additions like a working type writer and record player. We were a five minute walk from Ice Blocks and parking was no problem. The host Barbara has lots of adorable Frenchies and is super fun to talk to- had a great breakfast with her! I would definitely recommend this to locals and tourists. LGBTQ friendly as well. Thank you!!"

"We wanted a place we could invite some family over for meals we cooked. This cottage was perfect. Very nice layout of one bedroom home. Neighborhood was very quiet and nice homes. I loved having a full kitchen, gas stove, nice big fridge. It worked out very well for us. Host was so nice. We would stay here again, if in Sacramento. "
