Cuando compre online lo pague con tarjeta en check in me informaron que estaba pago. En el check out me querian cobrar porque no estaria pago. Mostre constancia de reserva que decia pago pero no era suficiente. Yo estaba seguro del pago porque se me fue debitado de mi tarjeta prepaga. Estadia foi boa, existiu um problema ao chegar solicitei cama de casal e não estava preparada, foi resolvida em algumas horas pois não tinha lençóis de casal disponíveis, papel higiênico de baixa qualidade, funcionários com baixo treinamento em atendimento ao público, café da manhã razoável
